Attorney Hoover Attorney Hoover is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame. He has been a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association since 1965. During his forty-plus years as an attorney, he has been involved in a number of Bar related activities including President of New Hampshire Legal Services, President of the Strafford County Bar Association and a five (5) year term as a member of the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Charles E. Doe Inns of Court. Attorney Hoover has also served on the Board of Trustees and as Secretary of the Frisbee Memorial Hospital, on the Board of Directors of the Holy Rosary Credit Union in Rochester, on the Board of Directors and as President of the St. Thomas High School Board in Dover, as a member of the School Board at the Governor Wentworth Regional School District, and as President of the Rochester Kiwanis Club. Currently Attorney Hoover is a member of the Board of Directors of the Great Waters Music Festival and also is a member of the Alton/New Durham Lions Club. Attorney Hoover resides in New Durham, he maintained a law practice in Rochester for thirty (30) years. In 1996 he opened a part time office in Alton which became a full time law office in the year 2000. Return to Home Page
